Jim & Renee Cutter
Our Senior Leaders are passionate to see lives and families strengthened and transformed through the love and power of God and healthy community. They have dedicated their lives to loving God entirely, serving people selflessly and doing the works of Jesus relentlessly. Pastoring since 2015, they have served as Senior Leaders of Regency Church since 2019.
Our Structure
Regency is led by senior leadership and facilitated by a team of elders, staff and leaders.
Regency Church is led by apostolic and prophetic leaders Jim + Renee Cutter.
Regency Church is elder governed.
Regency Church is staff managed.
Regency Church is congregationally owned.
Eldership Team
Alicia Alcantar
Alicia has called Regency Church home since 1995. She currently serves on our Eldership Team as our Service Coordinator and oversees the Guest Experience area. On any given Sunday, you’ll probably find her walking the halls and making sure everything is in its place.

Anthony + Faye Thomas
Anthony & Faye have served at Regency Church for over 15 years. They served as Children’s Pastors for ten years before transitioning to the Eldership Team. They currently oversee the Congregational Care Ministry. They are patient, wise and kind lovers of God’s people!

Beverly McKinney
"Elder Bev” is affectionally known for her love of God’s truth and deep roots in His Word. She has served as an Elder for ten years and developed the curriculum for our Foundations of Faith Series. You’ll usually find her in Foundations Class on any given Sunday!

Fred Leyva
Fred has called Regency home since 1995 and has served as an Elder for several years, overseeing Men’s Ministry & the Usher Team. His passion for God’s Word will teach you something new every time you speak to him so say hello on a Sunday!

Joseph Urriza
Joseph grew up in youth group at Regency and has served in multiple areas for many years, including Altar Ministry, Youth Ministry and more. He is passionate about caring for families and loves trying new foodie places on Sunday afternoons!

Troy Kimura
Born and raised in Hawaii, Troy, his beautiful wife and 3 daughters have attended Regency since 2008. He has served in multiple areas over the years and currently serves as an Elder over the Youth and is a co-lead over the Regency Worship Team.

Regency Church Founders
Jason & Cathy Guerrero
Regency Church was founded in 1979 by Jason & Cathy Guerrero. The work began as an evangelistic ministry and transformed into a local body of passionate believers. Jason & Cathy served as Senior Leads until 2019, when Jason went home to be with the Lord. Cathy continues to serve as apostolic overseer.
