Statement of Faith
At Regency, we believe the doctrine a church believes and teaches is absolutely vital to keeping the church grounded and balanced to the timeless truths found in the Scripture. Download our full statement of faith here
We believe the Scriptures to be the inspired and perfect Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:15-17, 1 Peter 1:23-25)
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, in His redeeming death and bodily resurrection and ascension to the right hand of the Father. (John 1:1, Isaiah 7:14, 53, Romans 1:3-4)
We believe that man was created to have fellowship with God, became separated through sinful disobedience and restored through the finished work of Jesus. (Genesis 1:26-28, Romans 1:19-23)
We believe that a person must repent of their sins and turn back to God through faith in Jesus Christ in order to be delivered from their sins. (Isaiah 59:1-2, Acts 2:28; 4:12)
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.. (Luke 24:49, Acts 2:38, Acts 2:1-40)
We believe in total prosperity for the total man through the finished work of Christ: spiritual, mental, physical, financial, social. (John 3:3, 2 Timothy 1:7, Isaiah 53:4-5, Malachi 3:10-11, Proverbs 3:4)
